Beeline Music – subscription rules and
conditions
1. Description of the service "Beeline Music"
The Beeline Music service provides Beeline subscribers with real-time access to music content
and provides the following features for the Subscriber:
One-time, one-time period for 10 calendar days of access to the “Beeline Music” service
with no monthly fee to all new Users;
For subscribers of “XIT”, “Super XIT”, “Mega XIT”, “TOP XIT”, “Status Silver”,
“Status Gold” and “Status Platinum” tariffs, the promotional period is 30 days. Upon the
expiration of the promotional period, the daily subscription to the service will be
automatically activated.
For subscribers of the “Smartphone” tariff, the promotional period is 90 days. Upon the
expiration of the promotional period, the daily subscription to the service will be
automatically activated.
Listening to music tracks and albums of foreign and Uzbek artists as part of the service;
Ability to listen, downloaded cached music content in offline mode (including when there
is no access to the Internet);
Recommendations of musical compositions on novelties, albums and playlists, genres;
Ability to create your playlist;
Ability to pause, rewind, switch to the next track, listening cycle;
Access to the names of the proposed and available compositions (song name, artist,
album cover)
Access to online radio;
2. Connecting and disconnecting the Beeline Music service
2.1. To install the “Beeline Music” service, the Subscriber must have:
2.1.1. Subscriber device;
2.1.2. An active Internet connection with a guaranteed speed of at least 128 kb / s for listening to
music content;
2.1.3. Installed Application on the Subscriber Device or access to the web portal of the service
through the Subscriber Device and / or personal computer.
2.2. To connect the service, the Subscriber needs to register with the service by entering the
Login - subscriber number, in one of the following ways:
- On the music.beeline.uz web portal
- In the mobile application
2.3. The service is provided in the network of the mobile operator UNITEL LLC with the
Beeline brand. Billing and subscription fees are set by the Operator. Specify detailed terms of
service on the website beeline.uz
2.4. When you first connect to the service, a notification is sent to the Subscriber specifying the
provision of a one-time, one-time access to the service without a subscription fee for a period of
10 days of use (Trial period) and the amount of the Subscription fee, which is charged after the
trial period. The cost of the trial period is included in the cost of the service.
2.5. If during the Trial period the Subscriber is disconnected from the Service, then in case of
reconnecting to the Service, the subscriber is not given a trial period.
2.6. After connecting the service and subject to timely payment of the Subscription fee, the
Subscriber has the ability to access the service at any time, if you have access to the Internet,
through the installed mobile application, as well as on personal computers, through the use of a
branded website located at the Internet music .beeline.uz, by entering the username and
password received after entering the subscriber number of Beeline.
2.7. If you forgot your password, the system can send you a new one when logging in to the
service.
2.8. Disconnection from the service can be done in one of the following ways:
By SMS - by sending a free SMS to number 15100 with the text “0” to turn off the daily
subscription, text "1" to turn off the monthly subscription, with the text “2” to turn off the
subscription with a 30-day promotional period at the tariffs “XIT”, “Super XIT”, “Mega

3. The subscription fee for the service is:

Timely payment of subscription fees is a prerequisite for access to the service. Access to the
service is provided from the moment the subscription fee is written off and until 00:00 of the
next payment period, depending on the type of subscription, at the time of Tashkent.
4. Internet traffic charging:
4.1. The service provides Beeline subscribers with real-time access to music content, subject to
timely payment of the subscription fee for the service.
4.2. The service is provided with Internet access. If there is no access to the Internet, the
Subscriber has the ability to access the cached music content downloaded by the Subscriber.
4.3. Incoming and outgoing mobile Internet traffic within the framework of the service for
Beeline Subscribers is not charged if there is a connected service.
4.4. When connecting to a service outside the Republic of Uzbekistan, incoming and outgoing
Internet traffic is charged according to the established standard roaming rates.
4.5. When the Subscriber uses the Internet traffic of third-party operators, the incoming and
outgoing Internet traffic is charged according to the established tariffs of third-party operators.
4.6. Information about the Subscribers that became known to the Operator’s employees due to
the performance of their official duties is confidential information and is subject to protection in
accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Confidentiality notification is
applied when the Subscriber uses the services of the Operator, as well as when he visits the
official website of the Operator. The confidentiality notice is not applicable to the websites and
services of other companies, even if the Subscriber gets access to them through the network or
the services of the Operator.
4.7. Information on messages transmitted over telecommunication networks, as well as the
messages themselves, can only be issued to their senders (Operator's Subscribers) or their legal
representatives. Listening to telephone conversations, familiarization with messages transmitted
over telecommunication networks, obtaining information about them, as well as other restrictions
on the secrecy of conversations and messages are allowed only in cases and in the manner
prescribed by law. The operator is not entitled to distribute or transfer to third parties information
about the Subscriber that became known to him by virtue of the execution of the contract,
without the consent of the Subscriber, except as otherwise provided by law.
4.8. When using the Beeline Music service under the terms of this Offer, the Subscriber agrees to
the Operator to process his personal data and other information that became known to the
Operator in the process of providing services, as well as their transfer to third parties, including
those performing law enforcement functions, in cases and for purposes, not prohibited by the
current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In the event that the Subscriber decided to
withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator restricts the provision of
services specified in this Offer. In case of withdrawal of the Subscriber’s consent to the
processing of personal data, also after achieving the goals, the Operator may destroy the
provided personal data.
4.9. The Operator, from the moment the Subscriber begins to use the Beeline Music service and
until the goal of processing personal data is reached, processes the Subscriber's data using
software and hardware. "The processing of personal data means the implementation of one or a
combination of actions to collect, systematize, store, modify, supplement, use, provide,
distribute, transmit, depersonalize and destroy personal data.”

The service can be installed on the following supported devices:
- Smartphones and tablets based on Android (version 5+) by installing the Mobile application
- Smartphones and tablets based on iOS (version 12+) by installing the Mobile application
- WEB supports any versions of operating systems installed on personal computers (Windows,
Mac OS, UNIX) and Internet browsers: Chrome 31 and higher, Firefox 31 and higher, Opera 30
and higher, Internet Explorer 10 and higher, Safari 8 and higher.
